We are please to confirm that Nixie the Wellington Phoenix club mascot will be joining the festivities and making a VIP visit to the Johnsonville Christmas Market on Saturday 30th November.

As the date of the 2024 CHristmas Market approaches we have also started the Vitual market. Additional stalls will be added between now and when the Virtual market closes on 31st December 2024

On Saturday 18th May members and friends of the club will be collecting money on behalf of the Mary Potter Hospice Street Appeal at the New World Supermarket in Newlands throughout the day. The Johnsonville Christmas Market is planned for Saturday 2nd December 2023 from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The location will be in the main carpark of Johnsonville Shopping Centre. For more information please ‘Contact Us’

On the 26th June the club held it’s annual changeover meeting. Outgoing Club President; Neil Haydon reviewed the club’s achievements and activities during the last 12 months and thanked all members for their support. Then Neil was joined by senior club member Bob Shennan who inaugurated Athula Wanasingha as the new President for 2023-2024

The new Wellington Rotary Interact club is holding their first fundraising event on 20th May to support Birthright. The Club and Johnsonville Volunteer Fire Brigade will be collecting food in Johnsonville on Tuesday 1st November and again in Churton Park on Tuesday 8th November in Churton Park to support Kiwi Community Assist Foodbank.
