Interact Club holds first fundraising event
The new Wellington Rotary Interact club is holding their first fundraising event on 20th May to support Birthright.
The event is a Performance Gala showcasing youth talent from across the Wellington area. It will be in the Te Manawa Auditorium at Aotea College.
New Interact Club President Jessica Starke visited Johnsonville Rotary at the club meeting on 24th April to outline the Perfanace Gala and outlined how Johnsonville Rotary can help make the event successful
The Wellington Interact club is new and is led by its first President; Jessica Starke. Jessica was Johnsonville Rotary’s participant at the Innovative Young Minds program. With the support of District 9940 President Marilyn Stevens, our sponsorship, and Jessica’s leadership, the new Wellington Interact club has been established with members from across the greater Wellington region.
