On 28 January Johnsonville Rotarians, friends and families welcomed the New Year with a Club BBQ at Café Thyme.

BBQ guests enjoying the lovely weather and company.

All ages were represented at the BBQ, here are Linbin and his daughter and Jane and her daughter.

Great fun was had playing Jenga, Ellie Haydon (on left) was this year’s winner. Ellie had stiff competition from Derek and Gordana. Jared Nobelen looks on.

Drinks in the shade were enjoyed on the balmy evening.

Everyone was replete after an excellent evening BBQ meal, drinks and coffee, and the sun was still shining (summer in Wellington is great).
